Important Notes:
Cancellations After Shipping: If you cancel after the order is shipped, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Our Mistake: For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we’ll provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong order), the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
Promotional Discounts: Refunds will account for any promotional discounts or free shipping by deducting the equivalent shipping rate from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
Contact Us: Email yoyolifeau@gmail.com to request a return. Include details about the item(s) and the reason for return. Attach pictures or videos for defective products.
Approval: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping the Return: Return the item(s) with original packaging and accessories within 7 business days of approval.
Refund Issuance: Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Damaged items due to misuse, modifications, or natural disasters.
Worn, washed, or incomplete items, including missing labels or stickers.
Free gifts, customized products, and sale items.
